At Hope & Scripture Scoops, each order is a mystery experience, carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Because our products are blind-selection mystery scoops, please review this policy before purchasing.


All Sales Are Final on Mystery Scoops

Due to the mystery and randomized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Dislike of items received

  • Expectation mismatch

  • Duplicate items

  • Failure to read product descriptions

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that the contents are randomly selected and not guaranteed to include specific items.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

Once approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (at our discretion)


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout


Returns

Returns are not accepted for mystery scoops unless approved due to damage or fulfillment error. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.


Free Shipping Policy

All orders include free shipping.
Because shipping costs are absorbed by us:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, the refunded amount may exclude shipping value
